Do you ship products to consumers in the USA?

No, we do not! We are a wholesale and distribution company and only sell to legal businesses such as retail shops, jobbers, and distributors in The United States.


I have a registered legal business in the USA, can I purchase products from Premium Carts?

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship to the United States.


I just placed the order. When will you ship my order?

All orders placed before 1 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. We ship within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM will be shipped out on Monday morning.


Where can I find my tracking number for the order?

You can login to your account page, click on the ORDERS menu from the left side and view your tracking information by clicking on the corresponding order number on that page.
